John Simmonds, Chairman and CEO
Mr. John Simmonds is a successful entrepreneur with upwards of 40 years of experience in various industries. Mr. Simmonds has extensive experience in building teams, operating systems, and distribution networks. Overall, he has played a significant role in many diverse industries including electronics, wireless, golf, horseracing, casinos and the online world. Mr. Simmonds has particular experience with public corporations, having held many high-level management and board positions throughout his career. During the over twenty years that Mr. Simmonds has been involved in the horseracing business, he has had many successes with both standardbred and thoroughbred breeds. As a thoroughbred owner since the early 1990s, he has had several horses that have combined earnings of over $1 million. These include stakes winners Great Silver Fleet and Prospective Gal. On the standardbred side, Mr. Simmonds has owned more than a thousand horses, several world champions, most notably Wesgate Crown, with earnings over $2.5 million and winner of two Breeders Crown championships. He has also bred Wesgate Crown to well over 100 horses since he started his breeding operation in the late 1980s. Mr. Rahn has over 25 years experience in international gaming and hospitality projects. He has been the Chief Operating Officer of Greater Atlantic Casinos, which is the largest operator of casinos on luxury cruise lines. Mr. Rodriguez is a Latin American gaming specialist with experience in sales and management with Bally Gaming and IGT, two of the largest global slot manufacturers. In addition to his role with the Company, Mr. Hokkanen has served as CFO of Gamecorp (OTCBB: GAIMF, CNQ: GGG), Newlook Industries Corp. (TSXV: NLI) and Lumonall, Inc. (OTCBB: LUNL) since July 2007 and Wireless Age Communications (OTCBB: WLSA) since May 29, 2003. Mr. Hokkanen is an executive level financial manager with over 10 years experience in public company financial management. Ms. Weiler provides professional public company corporate secretarial services to various entities. Ms. Weiler is a member of the Canadian Society of Corporate Secretaries. Ms. Weiler was appointed Corporate Secretary of InterAmerican Gaming in September 2006 (then Racino Royale, Inc.). She has served as Corporate Secretary of Gate To Wire Solutions, Inc. since 1998 (formerly known as TrackPower, Inc.). On October 15, 2004 Ms. Weiler was appointed Corporate Secretary of Lumonall, Inc. (formerly Midland International Corporation) and continues to serve in such capacity. Ms. Weiler has served as Corporate Secretary of Wireless Age Communications, Inc. since May 2003, and Gamecorp Ltd. and Newlook Industries Corp. since July 2007.Directors

Advisory Board
Aubrey Zidenberg
Dr. Zidenberg is a 33 year veteran of the international casino gaming industry.
He began his career working in the Bahamas in 1975 and continued to work his way through Las Vegas, the Caribbean, Central America, Europe and Africa in the regulated casino gaming industry, where his work focused on the development, implementation and operation of gaming, tourism and entertainment projects.
Dr. Zidenberg is a recognized pioneer in the development of the gaming industry in Canada and is responsible for putting together the partnership of the operating company of Casino Rama in which he has a financial interest.
He is the former Chair of the Minister’s Council on Culture and Community Development Ontario, Canada and is currently National Vice President of B’nai Brith Canada, an international human rights organization which has operated in Canada since 1875. He also chairs the organizations Special Advisory Council to the League for Human Rights and Government Relations.
Dr. Zidenberg currently sits on the National Advisory Board of the Responsible Gambling Council of Canada, the York Regional Police Advisory Board for the Community Safety Village and the Toronto Police Service’s – Standing Committee on Education and Training.
He is a recipient of The Queen’s Golden Jubilee Medal, Trillium Foundation Year of the Volunteer Award, and Canadian Gaming Industry Award of Excellence to name a few.
Aubrey Zidenberg received his B.A. from York University in 1975 and in 2007 received a Honourary Doctorate of Laws Degree in recognition of his contribution to the development of the gaming industry in Canada, as well as his work with charitable organizations and the diverse multicultural communities within the country.
David Tsubouchi
Mr. Tsubouchi is the former Chair of the Management Board of the Cabinet of the Province of Ontario, and has recently joined the law firm Miller Thomson LLP.
As Chair of the Management Board, Mr. Tsubouchi effectively acted as the chief operating officer and chief financial officer of Ontario. He has also held the cabinet positions of Solicitor-General of Ontario, Minister of Consumer and Commercial Relations, Minister of Community and Social Services and Minister of Culture. As well, Mr. Tsubouchi has chaired cabinet committees for health and social services and for legislation and regulations. He served as a member of the board of Superbuild and of the cabinet committees for justice and economic relations.
During his term as Minister of Consumer and Commercial Relations, Mr. Tsubouchi spearheaded the introduction of slot machines to racetracks across Ontario, resulting in a revitalization of the industry.

Julio Calmet, Managing Director
From 1995 to 2003, Mr. Calmet was a Director and Financial Manager of Inversiones Piramide S.A., a gaming and hospitality company, which operated the Derby Gran Casino and Restaurant in Lima, Peru, with over 160 employees, 25 gaming tables and 200 slot machines. Mr. Calmet was responsible for financial and administrative reporting as well as leading the company's marketing initiatives. In addition, from 1981 to 2002, Mr. Calmet was a Director of the Calpa gold mine in southern Peru, one of the country's largest mines.
